[Foods] : [Supper] grilled silver flatfish & spinach omelet
silver flatfish is seasoned by MIRIN (sweet sake).
I put onion, bacon, spinach and chees in this omelet.
Lulu loves OHITASHI (boiled veg), she ate another one.
Today's OHITASHI is Chinese cabbage and spinach with dried bonito shavings.

ほうれん草が好物だという人は少ないけど、体に良いから食べるでしょ。
それに倣って、人気があるわけではないけど、ためになる映画ってことらしい。
映画以外にも使えるらしい。
